Continental is perfect for basement, condos, homes -- practically anywhere, even in areas that may come in contact with some water or other liquids. Continental Collection also comes with preattahced 1mm soundrated underpads, which are acceptable for most cases. Each condominium property management sets their own requirements for sound ratings.
