Position: Sales Representative

Location: Alberta (with extensive travel to BC and Prairie Provinces)

 

 

What You Will Do: As a Sales Representative based in Alberta, your primary mission will be to champion Grandeur Flooring's products across British Columbia and the Prairie Provinces. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
• Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services.

 

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

• Proven sales experience, ideally in the flooring or a related industry.
• Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the designated territory.
• Proficiency in both English and, ideally, French.
