Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As the face of Grandeur Flooring in the Quebec and Maritime region, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales initiatives, building strong relationships with new and existing clients, and ultimately contributing to our company's growth and success in these markets.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the Quebec and Maritime region.
• Identify new business opportunities by conducting market research, networking, and leveraging existing contacts.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Conduct regular visits to clients and potential clients, presenting our product range and providing expert advice to help them make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Provide feedback from the field to the marketing and product development teams to help shape future product offerings and marketing strategies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the flooring industry or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of the Quebec and Maritime region markets, including customer preferences and competitive landscape.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proficiency in French and English.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel extensively across the designated territory.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
